Beautiful pale copper colour, typical of Provence Rose style.

Aromas of Blood Orange, Tanerine, Pomegranate and Watermelon Rind.

Lovely citrus flavours, pomegranate and red currant. Great balance between crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness to balance although it would be classed as a dry wine. It has a subtle chalky texture on a moderately long finish.

Great when matched with fresh salads, pasta and salmon dishes.
